File processing of this Site's self-developed tools is completed locally in your browser, and files are not uploaded to the server. Outbound link navigation only provides redirection services and does not constitute the provision of third-party tools.

11. Subscription Service
This Site offers Pro and Team paid subscription tiers, with subscription periods divided into monthly (31 days) and annual (365 days). During the subscription period, you may use the corresponding Pro/Team exclusive tools and AI call quotas (Free users get 1 AI call per 31-day rolling window, Pro users get 100 per month, Team users get 1000 per month).
- Payment Method: All payments are securely encrypted through Stripe (Singapore), and this Site does not access your credit card information.
- Auto-Renewal: This Site's subscription does not auto-renew. After the subscription expires, you need to manually renew, and no automatic deduction will occur on the expiration date.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not supported during the subscription period. If the service becomes unavailable during the subscription period due to this Site's reasons, we will refund the subscription fee for the remaining period on a pro-rata basis. Refund requests due to the user's own reasons (mis-purchase, no longer needed, etc.) will be handled at this Site's discretion based on the specific circumstances.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time on the "My Account" page. After cancellation, the current subscription period remains effective until expiration, the service will not stop immediately, and no additional fees will be incurred.
- Quota Carryover: Unused AI call quotas do not carry over to the next period, and unused quotas expire after the subscription expires.
12. Price Changes
This Site reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. In the event of a price adjustment, we will notify subscribed users at least 30 days in advance through email and in-site notification dual channels.
- Price adjustments do not affect the rights of currently subscribed users within their current subscription period, and fees already paid are executed at the original price;
- Price adjustments take effect in the next subscription period, and users may choose whether to renew at the new price before expiration;
- If the new price is not accepted, users may choose not to renew, and the rights of the current period remain unchanged;
- Users who do not cancel their subscription within 30 days after the price adjustment notice is sent are deemed to accept the new price.

This Site is operated by DocsAll Labs Ltd. (registered in: Singapore). Any legal relationship arising from the use of this Site's services is established between DocsAll Labs Ltd., as the contracting party, and you.
